Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Return requirements: Unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories. Customized or personalized products, as well as special products that have been opened and cannot be resold, are not eligible for regular returns unless there are any quality issues.
If the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, it is eligible for return regardless of the status of the product.
2. Return Period
You can initiate a return application within 14 natural days from the date you receive the product. We will not be able to accept your return request after this period.
3. Product Damage and Problem Handling
Quality Problems or Wrong Products: If the product has quality problems or we send the wrong product, you do not need to bear the return shipping fee. Please contact us by email contact@lienthelp24h.com within 7 natural days after discovering the problem, attach photos or videos of the product problem, and we will arrange a free return as soon as possible, and complete the refund or re-shipment within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned product.
Non-quality issues: For returns initiated for personal reasons (such as dislike, change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. At the same time, please ensure that the product meets the return eligibility requirements.
4. Return process
Please send an email to contact@lienthelp24h.comfirst, stating the reason for the return, order number and product information. We will reply within 24 hours and provide you with a return authorization code and return address.
Pack the product carefully in the original packaging or suitable packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation, and attach a note containing the return authorization code, order number, name and contact information in the package.
Choose a reliable logistics service to return the product to the designated address, and keep the logistics order number and shipping receipt.
5. Refund time limit
We will complete the product inspection within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned product. If the product is eligible for return, the refund will be returned to your payment account:
If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be received within 3-7 business days, depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank.
