1. Shipping Companies
Orders are shipped by default using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The system automatically matches the best shipping company based on order weight and destination. International orders are primarily shipped using USPS, with expedited delivery available via DHL within Europe and the Middle East. Please note: all delivery times exclude weekends and local holidays.

2. Shipping Time Information
Order Processing Time
Regular orders (value ≤ $500, quantity ≤ 8 pieces): Preparation and shipping will take 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom orders (e.g., bulk purchases): Preparation and packaging will take an additional 1-3 business days. Detailed progress will be communicated via email.

Business Day Calculation
24-hour delivery times are based on the "Package Shipped Date." Orders shipped on Wednesdays (whether morning or afternoon) will be shipped on the first business day (Thursday). Orders shipped on weekends will be shipped on the first business day of the following Monday.

3. Specific Shipping Methods
(1) Standard Shipping Orders: Warehouse delivery 1-2 business days, store delivery 4-7 business days, remote areas (such as Alaska, Puerto Rico) 1-2 business days;
International Orders: Export customs clearance 2-3 business days, USPS delivery, delivery time 8-18 business days (8-12 business days to Europe/Canada, 12-18 business days to Asia/Australia).
(2) Priority Shipping. After credit card authorization and address verification, the order will be shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 3-4 business days. Weekend delivery (please specify when placing the order, no additional charge).
(3) Express Delivery
Delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment. Please provide a detailed street address (including house number and unit number). PO Box service is not available. - International Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days of shipment, with priority customs clearance (recipient's passport information required).

4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

5. Customs Duties
We are not responsible for customs duties, import value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges incurred on international orders. The relevant regulations are as follows:

EU countries: Orders over €150 are subject to import duties of 19%-25%.

Other countries/regions: Please check your local customs duty-free limits before placing an order. The recipient must pay all duties and taxes to the courier or customs official upon signing for the shipment.
